National Vegetarian Week is upon us.

Now in its 24th year, it is a great time to celebrate all things veggie, share your favourite recipes, and, for the omnivores among us, maybe even try to go meat-free for a whole week from May 16 to 22.

These days it easier than ever to follow a vegetarian diet with an abundance of fresh produce, specialist ingredients, ready-meals and fabulous veggie (or veggie-friendly) restaurant options.
