Avant Homes understands that our new developments have a huge impact on existing and future residents. We firmly believe that the people who live in the locations where we want to build new homes should have a chance to speak to us about our plans, and feedback on how the development is going to impact them.

Our community consultations give us the chance to hear concerns from local people, and share essential information about our proposed layout, key features of the development, and technical considerations. We also get a chance to answer questions and learn about local issues and organisations we might not be aware of.

These discussions can lead to Avant adapting plans to benefit local communities.
