24 months mortgage

*On selected plots only. The payment will be dependent on the plot and limitations apply. The payment will be payable as a single lump sum allowance on legal completion and is payable per property, not per purchaser. Avant Homes reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time prior to plot reservation and is subject to the terms and conditions of reservation. Customers will only be able to legal complete on their purchase once the plot is build complete and ready to be occupied. Any date which is given by the Company as a forecast build completion date is an estimated date only and the Company cannot guarantee that a plot will be build complete and ready for occupation by a specific date. 5% deposit paid

Legal Fees paid

Legal fees contribution

1. Where the contribution is to be paid towards legal fees, Avant will pay the contribution as a credit against the purchase price on legal completion/settlement, which means that the total purchase price the purchaser pays will be reduced by the value of the contribution.

2. Avant do not pay the contribution towards a purchaser’s legal fees directly to the relevant third party (such as your service provider), nor can we pay it to a purchaser in cash. The purchaser is responsible for paying any amounts due to the relevant third party in accordance with its standard payment terms.
