Avant Homes Scotland has announced the release of the next collection of brand-new apartments in Glasgow, following the sale of 99 percent of our latest release of homes off plan at our Richmond Gate development in Oatlands.

The new phase of apartments at our development comprises a mix of 36 two-bedroom apartments across two buildings. The launch of the first building has proven hugely popular with 17 of the 18 apartments already sold ahead of its expected build completion in August 2021.

As a result of this unprecedented demand, the second building of 18 properties has now been released for sale ahead of schedule.

Located on Clyde Gateway, the collection of two-bedroom apartments will feature three of our superior home designs across five storeys with prices ranging from £185,995 for a ground floor apartment to £201,995 for a home on the fifth floor.

One of the standout properties in this new phase is The Tay apartment. The two-bedroom home comes with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living space, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a single bedroom. The apartment comes complete with a balcony from the living area overlooking the views of Oatlands.

Each Richmond Gate apartment benefits from Avant Homes' superior specification including a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom, as standard.

Avant Homes Scotland sales and marketing director, Theresa Barbour, said: "Richmond Gate has been a landmark development in Glasgow for more than a decade. Seeing such continued high demand for homes here is a real testament to the quality offered to buyers in what is a sought-after outer city location.

"Being located just two miles from Glasgow city centre means that residents at Richmond Gate can really benefit from suburban and city living combined. Excellent transport links, lots of amenities on the doorstep and local green spaces make the development a great place to live and buyers are clearly seeing that for themselves."

Richmond Gate is situated on the outskirts of the centre of Glasgow and we have been working to regenerate the Oatlands area with new homes for almost 15 years. In that time, Oatlands has become a lively, sought-after community for a wide range of buyers due to its new amenities, improved links to the city and highly-ranked schools for children of all ages.

Theresa added: "We're pleased to be able to continue delivering much-needed homes for the people of Glasgow and we'd encourage anyone interested in a home at Richmond Gate to get in touch before these latest homes sell out!"
