New homes in
Rutland

The smallest county in England, Rutland, is located in the East Midlands bordering the likes of Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, and Northamptonshire.

Surrounded by greenery and stunning countryside, it's also home to Rutland Water, the largest man-made lake by surface area in the UK, where you can engage in water sports and other activities.

A lot of the activity in the county is based around the two towns of Oakham and Uppingham, whether it be entertainment, shopping or even education, as you’ll find a great range of public and private schools to send your children to in the area.
