Avant Homes West Midlands has been granted planning to deliver a £18.8m, 55 new-home development in Allesley, Coventry
Called Allesley Heights and located off Birmingham Road, the development will comprise a mix of one-bedroom apartments and two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient homes.
Work is expected to start on site in July and it is anticipated the first homes will be released for sale in autumn. A show home is scheduled to open at the development in December and the first residents are expected to move into their new homes in the spring of next year.
