Just a short drive from our new builds in Walsall, you’ll find the A34 and A454, which connect directly to Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Lichfield. The nearby M6 makes longer distances simple too, offering quick links north towards Stafford and Manchester, and south into central Birmingham.

For rail journeys, Walsall Station is just a 10-minute drive from home with regular West Midlands Railway services running throughout the day. These can take you to Birmingham New Street in around 30 minutes and Wolverhampton in under an hour, so getting to work or meeting friends in the city couldn’t be easier.

Prefer to travel by bus? The nearest stop is only an 8-minute walk away. From here, you can catch the 19 towards Bloxwich or Walsall town centre, or the 25 towards Kingstanding, with buses running regularly all day long.

And when it’s time for a getaway, Birmingham Airport is around a 45-minute drive or train journey. With flights to popular European destinations and beyond, planning your next family holiday will be a breeze.

For a touch of greenery, Swannies Field is just a 7-minute walk away, ideal for a peaceful morning stroll or walking the dog. A little further afield, the Park Lime Pits Local Nature Reserve (10-minute drive) offers scenic trails and ponds where you can spot local wildlife or enjoy a family picnic.

When it comes to things to do, Walsall Arena and Arts Centre is just 5 minutes away by car and hosts everything from live music to theatre performances. The Walsall Leather Museum is also just a 6-minute drive, giving a fascinating insight into the town’s rich heritage.

Foodies are spoiled for choice too. Tuck into a delicious meal with a view at The Waterfront Pub, enjoy modern dining at The Littleton, or treat yourself to a juicy steak at Toro’s Steakhouse, all within a 10-minute drive from home.
