Avant Homes Scotland is hosting a view home weekend event at its £69m, 252-home Jackton Green development in East Kilbride on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 November
The event, which will run from 10am to 5pm on both days, is part of Avant Homes’ New Address for 2026 campaign that supports buyers who are planning their move to a new home in the year ahead.
Visitors to Jackton Green will have the opportunity to view three of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy-efficient family homes and discover the exclusive incentives currently available.
Appointments are not necessary to attend the event and the Avant Homes Scotland sales team will be present to advise potential homeowners on the available homes, offers and moving options.
Located off Jackton Road and offering easy access to Glasgow city centre, Jackton Green comprises a mix of three- and four-bedroom homes.
Prices at the development range from £244,995 for a three-bedroom terraced Embridge house style to £389,995 for a four-bedroom detached Tambrook.
The homes available to view at the event are the four-bedroom detached Skybrook, Tambrook and Tidebrook house styles, the latter of which is set across three storeys.
On the ground floor, all three homes include spacious open-plan kitchen and dining areas with French doors opening into the rear garden. The downstairs also have living room space, along with a utility room, WC and useful storage.
Upstairs, the Skybrook and Tambrook feature a main bedroom with an en-suite shower room while two further double and single bedrooms are served by a family bathroom.
The three-storey Tidebrook benefits from an additional lounge space on the first floor, with the main bedroom and en-suite located on the second floor.
Selected plots at Jackton Green are available with a range of incentives, including deposit contributions of up to £10,000, part exchange, flooring included and £1,000 towards legal fees.
Buyers can also take advantage of the ‘Dream Move package’, which comprises a full house flooring package, LBTT paid, £1,000 towards legal fees, £1,000 retail voucher and £1,000 towards extras included.
