Residents can take the Glasgow Southern Orbital to join the M77 in 13 minutes by car to head south to Kilmarnock or hop onto the East Kilbride Expressway to reach the M74 in around 20 minutes for trips to Cumbernauld and Coatbridge.
Glasgow city centre is also around 35 minutes away by car via the Carmunnock Bypass, making commuting very straightforward.
The nearest train station can be found in nearby Hairmyres less than 10 minutes away by car, providing a regular link between East Kilbride and Glasgow.
The closest bus stop is Lonsdale Farm, located less than 1 mile away on Greenhills Road, where you can catch the hourly 395 between East Kilbride and Uplawmoor.

Things to do around East Kilbride
There is plenty to do near our new build homes in East Kilbride, starting with Calderglen Country Park less than 15 minutes away by car, where you can explore 8 miles of scenic trails, visit the children’s zoo, a tropical conservatory and more!
Golfers will want to head over to either Langlands Golf Club or Bonnyton Golf Club (both a 10-minute drive away) to practice their swing, while families with young children can spend some time at Wonder World Soft Play 11 minutes away.
The Gardenhall Inn, a 7-minute drive from Jackton Green, offers traditional pub food suiting every taste, but if you’re after something more exotic, the highly rated Mekong serves Thai cuisine just over 2 miles away.
