Avant Homes has started construction on its £20m, 79 new-home development in Burbage, near Hinckley
Called Chestnut Acres and located off Lychgate Lane, the development comprises a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.
The development features 10 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types, including terrace, semi-detached and detached properties.
Avant Homes anticipates it will release its first homes for sale this summer. A showhome is scheduled to open at Chestnut Acres early next year and the first residents are expected to move into their new homes in early spring.
Chestnut Acres is being delivered by Avant Homes West Midlands.
