Prospective homeowners have a new opportunity to buy a two-bedroom riverside apartment at the final phase of the £220m, 1,391 home Richmond Gate development in Oatlands, Glasgow
Residential developer Avant Homes Scotland has successfully developed the former tenement site at Oatlands having originally started work on the now completed phases 20 years ago.
During that time, the company has welcomed more than 3,000 residents to the popular development and created a new community three miles from the city centre on the south bank of the River Clyde.
Richmond Heights is the final phase of the Oatlands development and comprises seven styles of two-bedroom apartments, each with a balcony and a high specification throughout.
The seven buildings which make up the final phase are located on the edge of Richmond Park, providing access to acres of lawns, woodland and a nature pond as well as play areas, football pitch and games area.

The two-bedroom apartments released for sale at Richmond Heights range from £254,995 for a Skye apartment style to £369,995 for a top floor penthouse Shetland style home. The latter includes dual aspect balconies and an increased specification.
A range of incentives are available depending on the particular apartment and include LBTT paid, £5,000 deposit paid and flooring packages included.
Prospective buyers can experience a two-bedroom show apartment at Richmond Heights which has been built at ground level within the development’s marketing suite whilst construction works are underway.
Based on Avant Homes’ Islay apartment style, the show apartment main door opens into a central hallway, complete with a practical storage cupboard and a modern bathroom located just off the entrance.
