Avant Homes North East has released a new range of homes for sale at its £28m, 135-home Brompton Mews development in Catterick.
Located just four miles from Richmond town centre on Cookson Way, the development comprises a mix of practically designed, energy efficient two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
The newly released homes at Brompton Mews range from £224,995 for three-bedroom mid-terrace Baildon house type to £297,995 for a four-bedroom detached Wentbridge.
