Avant Homes North East has released a new range of family homes for sale at its £43.6m, 200-home Westward Green development in Willington
Located just off A690, the development comprises a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Prices for the newly released family homes range from £184,995 for a three-bedroom terraced Ripon house type to £269,995 for a four-bedroom detached Dalton.
Selected plots at Westward Green are available with a range of incentives, including a five per cent deposit contribution (worth up to £9,550), part exchange and flooring package included.
Of the homes available, the four-bedroom, three-storey Dalton is perfect for families and is a strong example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver homes for modern living.
