Avant Homes North East has released a new range of family homes for sale at its £38m, 139-home The Avenue development in Acklam
Located off St David’s Way, the development comprises a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Prices for the newly released homes at The Avenue start from £220,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Ripon house type
The largest property released for sale is the ‘four-bedroom plus’ Cromford, so called as it has an additional upstairs room offering flexibility as a live/work area, priced at £500,000.
