Avant Homes North East has released a new range of family homes for sale at its £28m, 135-home Brompton Mews development in Catterick
Located just four miles from Richmond town centre on Cookson Way, the development comprises a mix of three- and four-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient homes.
Prices for the newly released family homes range from £239,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Oakwood house type to £342,995 for a four-bedroom detached Horbury.
Avant Homes has also released homes under the Durham County Council-backed discount market sale (DMS) scheme, which offers eligible buyers 20 per cent off the market value price.
The newly released DMS scheme properties at Brompton Mews are the four-bedroom, semi-detached Saltaire house type, priced from £203,196.
Selected plots at Brompton Mews are also available with a range of incentives, including part exchange, £2,000 legal fees paid, £99 reservation fee, £10,000 deposit paid and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.
Of the homes available, the four-bedroom Horbury is a strong example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver homes for modern family living.
