Avant Homes releases first-time buyer homes for sale at £72m, 280-home Armadale development, near Bathgate

Housebuilder Avant Homes Scotland has released for sale a variety of new homes aimed at first-time buyers at its £72m, 280-home Honeyman Park development in Armadale, near Bathgate.
Located off West Main Street, the development comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom practically designed, energy-efficient homes and will feature 12 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Ideal first-time buyer homes at Honeyman Park include the two-bedroom semi-detached and terraced Balfron house type and the three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced Elmwood and Douglas house types.
Prices for a Balfron start at £205,000 whilst the Elmwood and Douglas are available from £230,000 and £235,000 respectively.
Downstairs, the Balfron features a generous living room and stylish, U-shaped kitchen-dining space with French doors opening out to the rear garden. The ground floor is completed by a hallway featuring a WC and storage cupboard.
Upstairs boasts a contemporary bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of which could be used to create a home office.
