Housebuilder Avant Homes North East has released for sale a range of homes aimed at first time buyers at its £43.6m, 200-home Westward Green development in Willington, County Durham
Located just off the A690, the development comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy-efficient house types.
Homes ideal for first time buyers at Westward Green include the two-bedroom terraced Askern priced from £164,995 and the three-bedroom semi-detached Ripon house type, available from £186,995.
