Avant Homes has released the last two remaining two-bedroom apartments for sale at its popular Richmond Gate development in Oatlands, Glasgow.

Located on the south bank of the River Clyde, Richmond Gate is approximately one mile southeast of Glasgow city centre so it is ideally located for a wide range of amenities and access to the central belt.

The two remaining properties are within a feature adjoined tower building of five-storeys on one side and seven-storeys on the other.

A ‘Cameron’ type apartment on the fifth floor is priced at £209,995, whilst the other, a ‘Harris’ type apartment on the third floor, is for sale at £199,995. Both are available with five per cent deposit paid and flooring included.

The Cameron and Harris apartments have a similar layout, and both feature a spacious hallway, with immediate access to a handy storage cupboard. Adjacent to this, there is the main bedroom offering both a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room with full-height tiling.

At the end of the hall there's a second double bedroom and a bathroom, also with full-height tiling and contemporary sanitaryware, as well as access to the living area.

The open plan living/dining space provides a generous area to relax and unwind, as well as room for a dining table. It also features a kitchen, with integrated appliances, and a door leading out to a personal balcony area.

Avant Homes West Scotland sales and marketing director, Theresa Barbour, said: “We have been successfully selling apartments at Richmond Gate for over a decade and demand for them has always been high.

“Over the years, we have created a vibrant new community that’s very much part of Glasgow and we are now offering the last two apartments for sale which are located in a superb and striking new building.

“Anyone interested in one of the remaining properties needs to move quickly as they are sought after by first-time buyers, young professionals and downsizers wanting to be close to everything Glasgow offers.”
