Housebuilder Avant Homes Scotland has released the final six family homes for sale at its popular Hawthornden development in Rosewell.
Located on Shiel Hall Row, the development is just a short drive from Edinburgh and surrounded by the Midlothian countryside.
The remaining homes at Hawthornden include a detached three-bedroom Newton priced at £330,000 and five detached four-bedroom homes ranging from the Ashbury priced at £350,000 to the Westbury at £450,000.
The final homes all benefit from Avant Homes’ signature practical design and energy efficiency and are available with a range of incentives. These include my move made easy and extras such as flooring included in the price on certain plots.
