Avant Homes has opened two new four-bedroom showhomes at its £32m, 115-home Oakview Quarter development in Great Eccleston
Located off Copp Lane, the development comprises a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes and features 14 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
Prices for the homes at Oakview Quarter range from £279,995 for a ‘three-bedroom plus’ semi-detached Salbury house type to £399,995 for a ‘four-bedroom plus’ detached Thornlee.
Selected plots at the development are available with a range of incentives, including five per cent deposit contribution, £10,000 deposit contribution and £5,000 towards home upgrades.
Interested buyers can now visit the new four-bedroom Horbury showhome and the ‘four-bedroom plus’ - so called as it has an additional upstairs room offering flexibility as a live/work area - Thoresby showhome to experience what Avant Homes has to offer first-hand.
On both the Horbury and the Thoresby’s ground floor, the hallway leads to a large living room and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors opening onto the rear garden.
Both properties also feature a separate room which can be used as a snug or study, as well as a WC and a utility room with outside access. The Horbury additionally includes a large storage cupboard.
Upstairs, both homes have a main bedroom served by an en-suite shower room.
The Horbury’s first floor also comprises a large double bedroom and two single bedrooms sharing a family bathroom, with a further storage cupboard located on the landing.
The Thoresby’s first floor features two double bedrooms and a single bedroom served by the family bathroom, alongside an additional room which can be used as a study or living space.
The Horbury further benefits from a detached garage.
Avant Homes sales and marketing director, Hannah Orgille, said: “The launch of our two new showhomes at Oakview Quarter represents an excellent opportunity for buyers to experience first-hand what we have on offer at the development.
