Avant Homes has opened two new four-bedroom showhomes at its £32m, 115-home Oakview Quarter development in Great Eccleston
Located off Copp Lane, the development comprises a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes and features 14 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
Prices for the homes at Oakview Quarter range from £279,995 for a ‘three-bedroom plus’ semi-detached Salbury house type to £399,995 for a ‘four-bedroom plus’ detached Thornlee.
Selected plots at the development are available with a range of incentives, including five per cent deposit contribution, £10,000 deposit contribution and £5,000 towards home upgrades.
Interested buyers can now visit the new four-bedroom Horbury showhome and the ‘four-bedroom plus’ - so called as it has an additional upstairs room offering flexibility as a live/work area - Thoresby showhome to experience what Avant Homes has to offer first-hand.
