has opened a new four-bedroom showhome at its £41m, 140-home Draffen Park development in Stewarton.
Located off Louden Street and just five miles north of Kilmarnock, the development comprises a mix of two, three and four-bedroom practically designed, energy-efficient homes.
Prices range from £254,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Alderfield house style to £388,995 for a four-bedroom detached Tambrook
Selected homes at Draffen Park are available with a range of incentives, including part exchange, five per cent deposit contribution, £5,000 deposit paid plus £1,000 towards legal fees and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.
