With the East Ayrshire countryside close by and excellent commuter links – being perfectly located just north of Kilmarnock and 15 miles from the Scottish coastal town of Troon and Prestwick with Glasgow City Centre being a 30 minute drive away - Stewarton is a great place to live

Draffen Park, our exciting new development for commuters and families looking for homes for sale in Stewarton, is situated on the southern outskirts of Stewarton town centre (a 5 minute drive away), overlooking the picturesque hills of the East Ayrshire countryside and within easy reach of essential amenities and convenient commuter links.

In Stewarton, you will find a selection of independent and high street stores, parks, schools and access to some beautiful walks across Lainshaw Woods.

Residents of Draffen Park can also enjoy a day of shopping at The Avenue Shopping Centre in Newton Mearns, which is home to a variety of stores for food, cosmetics, clothing and gifts. There is also a Sainsbury’s and Co-Op supermarket close to Draffen Park for buying groceries.

If all that shopping works up an appetite, there is also a whole host of restaurants and cafes to choose from!

Stewarton is known for being a scenic town, being surrounded by the green space of East Ayrshire - including Dean Castle Country Park in Kilmarnock – which covers more than 200-acres of beautiful land.

It is only a short 10-minute drive from our Draffen Park development if you fancy a fantastic and FREE day out.  Visitors can learn all about sustainable living and the history of the estate, as well as spot local wildlife.

Stewarton has three excellent schools in the town, with Lainshaw Primary School and Nether Robertland Primary School close to Draffen Park for younger children and Stewarton Academy available for secondary school-aged children.
