Avant Homes North East has opened a new four-bedroom detached showhome at its £38m, 139-home The Avenue development in Acklam
Located off St David’s Way, the development comprises a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Prices for the homes at The Avenue range from £190,000 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Askern house type to £525,000 for a ‘four-bedroom plus’ detached Cromford, so called as it has an additional upstairs room offering flexibility as a live/work area.
Selected plots at the development are available with a range of incentives.
