Avant Homes West Yorkshire has launched the first homes for sale at its £23m, 93-home Five Rise Quarter development in Bingley
Located off Keighley Road, the development will comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and feature 10 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient homes.
Prices for the first homes for sale start at £284,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Baildon house type to £324,995 for a three-bedroom detached Maltby.
Work at Five Rise Quarter is well underway with first residents expected to move into their new homes in summer this year. A show home is scheduled to open in the spring.
Of the new homes released, the Maltby is a strong example of Avant Homes’ ability to deliver practically designed, energy-efficient homes that suit the needs of modern living.
The ground floor of the Maltby features a large living room with the hallway, leading to an open-plan kitchen and dining area that leads out to the rear garden through French doors. The downstairs is completed by a storage cupboard and a WC.
