Housebuilder Avant Homes East Midlands has launched the first family new homes for sale at its £7m, 20-home development in Uppingham.

Called Deacon Meadows and located less than a mile from Uppingham town centre, the development comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features nine of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.

Prices range from £364,995 for a three-bedroom detached property to £549,995 for a five-bedroom detached house.

All homes at the development include French doors, exclusive kitchen designs with integrated appliances, gardens and off-street parking.

One of the family home housetypes at Deacon Meadows is the popular five-bedroom Thornton. Downstairs features a cosy snug space and a separate living room ideal for hosting family and friends.

A spacious hallway grants access to a stylish WC and a large open plan living space at the back of the property which also has large windows and French doors leading to the rear garden.

The kitchen boasts integrated appliances and a choice of colours and styles for cupboards and cabinets. Ample dining space and an additional family room is complemented by a dedicated utility room with access to outside.

Upstairs, the Thornton’s main bedroom is a large space with an ensuite shower room fitted with contemporary sanitaryware.

There is another sizeable double bedroom at the front of property next to the family bathroom which features a WC, wash basin, bathtub and separate shower. Finally, there are three single bedrooms.

Avant Homes East Midlands sales and marketing director, Nova Eames, said: “We aim to provide quality new homes for everyone, and our Deacon Meadows development is no exception.

“Our range of practically designed, energy efficient family homes will help meet the strong demand there is for these types of properties in the locality.

“We have already had a great deal of interest from people who would like to buy a home at Deacon Meadows.

“Now we are open and selling, we encourage potential buyers to contact our sales team to find out more about what we have on offer and how we can help make their next homeowning step a reality.”
