Avant Homes launches first family homes for sale at £58m Awsworth development

Avant Homes Central has launched the first family homes for sale at its £58m, 250-home Bennerley View development in Awsworth.
Located two miles from Ilkeston town centre on Shilo Way, the development comprises a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom family homes and features 15 of Avant Homes’ housetypes.
Prices range from £194,995 for a two-bedroom mid-terrace property to £359,995 for a five-bedroom detached house.
All properties at Bennerley View include an open-plan living space, designer kitchen with integrated appliances and boutique bathrooms complete with designer tiling and contemporary sanitaryware.
