announced that 75 per cent of the new homes at its £60m, 235-home Greenlock
Place development at Skelton Lakes in Leeds have been sold
Located off Pontefract Lane just five miles from Leeds city centre, the development comprises a mix of practically designed, energy efficient one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
Prices for the remaining homes at Greenlock Place range from £150,000 for a one-bedroom maisonette Cremdale house type to £395,000 for a four-bedroom detached Wentbridge.
Selected plots at the development are available with a range of incentives. This includes five per cent deposit paid (worth up to £17,000) and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.
