Located just four miles from Richmond town centre on Cookson Way, the development comprises a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient homes.
Prices for the remaining homes at Brompton Mews range from £250,000 for a four-bedroom Saltire town house to £346,000 for a four-bedroom detached Horbury.
Selected plots at Brompton Mews are also available with a range of incentives, including five per cent deposit paid (worth up to £16,500) and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.
A discount market sale (DMS) scheme is also available on selected plots and offers eligible buyers 20 per cent off the market value.
All remaining properties at the development benefit from open-plan kitchen and dining spaces with integrated appliances and classic French doors opening to the rear gardens.
The homes also have living rooms at the front of them, along with downstairs WCs. Selected properties at the development also benefit from a dedicated utility room and an internal garage.
Upstairs, all the homes feature main bedrooms with en-suites, with the other generous bedrooms served by a family bathroom.
