Avant Homes Scotland has released more homes for sale at its 312-home Edmonstone Village development in Edinburgh due to consistent sales and continued demand from buyers

Located off Old Dalkeith Road, the £87m development comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ house styles.
Prices for the newly released homes at Edmonstone Village range from £289,995 for the three-bedroom end-terraced Elmwood up to £489,995 for the five-bedroom detached Stirling house style.
Selected homes at the development are available with a range of incentives including Avant Homes’ exclusive VIP and Dream Move packages which can save buyers up to £25,000.
One of the featured homes released for sale. is the four-bedroom detached Lenzie. The property is an ideal family home and a strong example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver flexible spaces for modern living.
On the ground floor, the entrance hallway leads into a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with two sets of French doors opening into the rear garden. Downstairs also offers a separate, generously sized lounge and WC.

All of the homes at Edmonstone Village will be powered by a district heating system, operated by Vital Energi.
Properties will receive their heating and hot water from a central energy centre via a network of insulated district heating pipes, removing the need for individual gas boilers in every home.
The low carbon system is designed to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and deliver heat more efficiently, helping residents lower their environmental impact without compromising on comfort.
