Lynne Scullion Promoted to Site Manager at Draffen Park Development

Avant Homes Scotland has announced the appointment of a new site manager at its Draffen Park development in Stewarton.
Lynne Scullion has been promoted to her new role after successfully completing a period on another development as assistant site manager for the last two years.
She joined Avant Homes in 2018 as a quantity surveyor before successfully changing her career with the housebuilder.
In her new role, Lynne is responsible the delivery of 95 new homes at Draffen Park. Located five miles north of Kilmarnock, the development comprises three and four-bedroom homes priced from £249,995 to £359,995.
Commenting on her promotion, Lynne said: "I'm very pleased to be promoted to site manager at the Draffen Park development and excited to oversee the construction of our high-quality homes on the site.
"Our construction team is fully focused on enhancing our product and the way we build in ways that benefit our buyers. I look forward to working closely with them to ensure we deliver the best homes possible."
Avant Homes Scotland currently has 11 live developments ranging from Dundee to Stewarton with several more due to start as the business continues to implement its growth plans.
