Avant Homes Scotland has released for sale the final two homes on phase two of its popular £52.6m, 197-home Highstonehall development.
The development is located only one-and-a-half miles away from the centre of Hamilton and just 12 miles from Glasgow, on the south bank of the River Clyde. Highstonehall also benefits from being near excellent transport links, including three train stations, and a good selection of schools.
The remaining properties on phase two are a three-bedroom semi-detached Impstone housetype priced at £249,995 and a large four-bedroom detached Narsbrook housetype available for £319,995.

Construction of the third phase of Highstonehall is now underway and will comprise three- and four bedroom homes.
