Avant Homes Scotland is hosting a view home weekend event at its £31m, 92-home Thistle Meadows development in Tranent on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September.
The event, which will run from 10am to 5pm on both days, offers visitors the opportunity to view two of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy-efficient three-bedroom semi-detached homes.
Appointments are not necessary to attend the event and the Avant Homes Scotland sales team will be present to advise potential homeowners on the homes and exclusive incentives currently available.
Located off Scott Glynn Walk, Thistle Meadows comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 10 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy-efficient house styles.
Prices at the development range from £265,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Elmwood house style to £458,995 for a five-bedroom detached Stirling.
The homes available to view at the event are the three-bedroom semi-detached Harris and Elmwood house styles.
On the ground floor, both homes include spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors opening into the rear garden. The downstairs also have living room space, along with a WC and useful storage.
Upstairs, the Harris and Elmwood feature a main bedroom with an en-suite shower room while two further bedrooms are served by a family bathroom.
Selected plots at Thistle Meadows are available with a range of incentives, including deposit contributions, part exchange, flooring included and £1,000 towards legal fees.
Avant Homes’ VIP package is available on specific homes at the development. This includes a £10,000 deposit contribution, £5,000 retail gift voucher, £1,000 towards legal fees, £1,000 contribution to LBTT, a flooring packing, turf to the rear garden and fitted wardrobes to one bedroom.
Buyers can also take advantage of the ‘Dream Move package’ on selected plots which comprises a full house flooring package, LBTT paid, £1,000 towards legal fees, £1,000 retail voucher and £1,000 towards extras included.
