Avant Homes submits plans for £16m, 59 new home development in Harrogate

Avant Homes North Yorkshire has submitted plans to deliver a £16m, 59 new home development in Harrogate.
Located on Knox Lane, the 5.61-acre site will comprise a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes. It will feature eight of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
If given the go ahead by North Yorkshire Council, work at the development is set to commence in early 2027, with the first residents expected to move into their new homes in the late summer of next year.
Avant Homes North Yorkshire managing director, Richard Hosie, said: “Submitting our proposed plans for this site in Harrogate is an excellent step forward as we continue to grow our development footprint across North Yorkshire.
