Avant Homes starts work on £23.2m 93-home development in Bingley

Avant Homes West Yorkshire has started construction on its £23.2m, 93 new home residential development in Bingley
Called Five Rise Quarter and located off Keighley Road, the development will comprise a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
It will feature 12 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types. Of the 93 properties, 18 will be affordable. Prices for the new homes will be released at a later date.
Avant Homes anticipates it will release the first homes for sale in November 2025. A show home is scheduled to open in April 2026 and the first residents are expected to move into their new homes in August 2026.
Avant Homes West Yorkshire’s managing director, Richard Hosie, said: “Five Rise Quarter is a great example of our continued commitment to delivering quality new homes for everyone in locations where people want to live.
“The development will provide practically designed, energy efficient new homes suited to a wide range of buyers in Bingley, from first-time buyers to second-steppers and those looking to downsize.
“We look forward to releasing the first range of homes for sale at Five Rise Quarter in November 2025 to help make peoples’ move to this vibrant new community we are creating a reality.”
