Avant Homes Scotland has opened a new four-bedroom mid-terrace view home at its £72m, 280-home Honeyman Park development in Armadale
Located off West Main Street, the development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom practically designed, energy-efficient homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ house styles.
Prices range from £276,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached with garage Harris house style to £384,995 for a five-bedroom detached Stirling.
Selected plots are also available with a range of incentives including £10,000 deposit paid, five per cent deposit contribution, flooring included, or part exchange.
There is also a ‘Dream Move package’ on selected plots which comprises a full house flooring package, LBTT paid, £1,000 towards legal fees, £1,000 retail voucher and £1,000 towards extras included.
Interested buyers can now visit the new four-bedroom Kelso view home to experience what Avant Homes has to offer first-hand.
