Avant Homes Scotland has opened a new five-bedroom detached view home at its £60m, 165-home CarnethyHeights development in Penicuik
Located just 10 miles south of Edinburgh, the development comprises a mix of four- and five-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient homes.
Prices range from £409,995 for a detached five-bedroom Pitlochry house style to £489,995 for a five-bedroom detached Thurso.
