Avant Homes Scotland has opened a new five-bedroom detached view
home at its £57m, 109-home Darach Fields development in Robroyston
Located off Daffodil Place, the development
comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 12 of
Avant Homes’ house styles.
Prices range from £354,995 for a detached four-bedroom Lenzie house style to £529,995 for a five-bedroom detached Uphall.
Selected plots are also available with a range of incentives including part exchange and £5,000 deposit paid.
There is also a ‘Dream Move package’ on selected plots which comprises a full house flooring package, LBTT paid, £1,000 towards legal fees, £1,000 retail voucher and £1,000 towards extras included.
