Avant Homes releases new range of homes for sale at £58m, 250 home development in Awsworth

Midlands has released a range of new homes for sale at its £58m, 250-home Bennerley View development in Awsworth.
Located
on Shilo Way, the development comprises a mix of two, three, four and
five-bedroom homes and features 15 of Avant Homes’ house types.
The
newly released homes at Bennerley View range from £179,995 for a two-bedroom
Askern house type, which is available on a discount market sale scheme, to £380,000
for the four-bedroom Horbury.
Of the
new homes released, the Horbury house type is a good example of Avant Homes’
