Avant Homes East Midlands has released a new range of family homes for sale at its £60m, 247-home Earl’s Park development in Holmewood
Located off Tibshelf Road, the development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 11 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Prices for the newly released homes at Earl’s Park range from £285,000 for a three-bedroom detached Cadeby house type to £365,000 for a five-bedroom detached Cookridge.
