Avant Homes has released a new range of family homes for sale at its £42m, 179-home Smithy Wood Gate development in Dodworth, near Barnsley
Located off Calver Lane, the development comprises a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and features 11 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
Prices for the newly released homes at Smithy Wood Gate range from £239,995 for a ‘two-bedroom plus’ semi-detached Ripley house type, so called as it has an additional upstairs room offering flexibility as a live/work area, to £359,995 for a four-bedroom detached Wentbridge.
Selected plots at the development are also available with a range of incentives including part exchange, £1,000 legal fees paid, five per cent deposit paid, £10,000 towards extras and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.
