Avant Homes East Midlands has released a new range of homes for sale at its £60m, 247-home Earl's Park development in Holmewood.
Located off Tibshelf Road, the development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 11 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
Prices for the newly released homes at Earl’s Park range from £280,000 for a three-bedroom detached Cadeby house type to £320,000 for a four-bedroom detached Wentbridge.
Selected plots at the development are available with a range of incentives. This includes five per cent deposit contribution, part exchange and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.
Of the newly released homes for sale, the four-bedroom Wentbridge house type is a strong example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver homes for modern living.
The ground floor of the Wentbridge features a large living room with the hallway leading to an open-plan kitchen and dining area that leads out to the rear garden through French doors. The downstairs is completed by a storage cupboard and a WC.
Upstairs, the Wentbridge has a large main bedroom with an en-suite shower room whilst another double bedroom and two single bedrooms are served by the family bathroom. The Wentbridge also benefits from an internal garage.
