Avant Homes East Midlands has released a new range of homes for sale at its £58m, 250-home Bennerley View development in Awsworth
Located on Shilo Way, the development comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 15 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
Prices for the newly released homes at Bennerley View range from £238,000 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Askern house type to £430,000 for a five-bedroom detached Thornton.
Selected plots at the development are available with a range of incentives including up to five per cent deposit paid worth £19,000.
