Avant Homes East Midlands has released a new range of homes for sale at its £47m, 200-home Seely Fields development in Somercotes, near Alfreton.

Prices for the newly released homes at Seely Fields range from £230,000 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Askern house type to £365,000 for a four-bedroom detached Horbury.
