Avant Homes releases new homes for sale at £29m, 104-home development in Eastwood, near Nottingham
Avant Homes East Midlands has released a new range of homes for sale at its £29m, 104-new home Lawrence Point development in Eastwood.
Located on Lynncroft, the development comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five- bedroom and features 11 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
Prices for the new homes range from £215,000 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Askern house type to £399,000 for a five-bedroom detached Thornton house type.
Selected plots at the development are also available with a range of incentives, including part exchange and a five per cent deposit contribution.
Of the newly released homes available, the Horbury house type is a strong example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver homes for modern living.
On the ground floor, the Horbury features a large living room and a flexible snug which is ideal to use as a study or playroom.
At the rear of the property, there is a large open plan kitchen and family dining space with French doors leading to the garden. The downstairs is complete by a WC, a storage cupboard and a dedicated utility room with an additional outside door.
On the first floor, the main bedroom is served by an en-suite shower room. A large double bedroom and two single bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom, and there is also an additional storage cupboard on the landing. The Horbury also benefits from a detached garage.
