Avant Homes Scotland has released a collection of new family homes for sale at Armadale and Tranent developments
The housebuilder has launched a further range of three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes at Honeyman Park in Armadale and Thistle Meadows in Tranent.
Selected homes at both developments are offered with incentives including part exchange, deposit contribution and upgrades.
The ‘Dream Move’ package is also available on selected plots, which includes full LBTT paid, a £1,000 contribution towards legal fees, fitted wardrobes, turf to rear garden, a flooring package and a £1,000 retailer gift voucher on legal completion.
Located off West Main Street, the £72m, 280-home Honeyman Park development offers two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes starting from £214,995.
The £31m, 92-home Thistle Meadows development is located off Scott Glynn Walk in Tranent and has a range of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes starting from £279,995.
Both developments have new homes which are ready for prospective buyers to move into, along with homes which will be ready later this year.
