Avant Homes North East has released a new range of detached homes for sale at its £38m, 139-home The Avenue development in Acklam.
Located off St David’s Way, the development comprises a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Prices for the newly released homes start from £265,000 for a three-bedroom detached Maltby house type.
The largest detached home for sale is the ‘four-bedroom plus’ Darwood, so called as it has an additional upstairs room offering flexibility as a live/work area. Prices for the Darwood start from £380,000
Selected plots at The Avenue come with a range of incentives. This includes part exchange, stamp duty paid (worth up to £9,000), five per cent deposit paid (worth up to £20,000) and internal upgrades included.
Of the new releases, the Darwood is a strong example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver modern and flexible homes for larger families.
