Located off Harden Road, the 12.7-acre development comprises a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four- bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient housetypes.

Homes ideal for first time buyers at Pavilion Acres include the one-bedroom semi-detached Askham house type priced from £232,000 and the two-bedroom semi-detached Ripley which starts at £249,000.

In addition, on selected plots the first time buyer homes come with a range of incentives. These include £10,000 deposit paid and integrated appliances and flooring included.

The Askham house type is ideal for first-time buyers. Downstairs, it features a generous living room and stylish, U-shaped kitchen-dining space with French doors opening out to the rear garden. The ground floor is completed by a hallway featuring a WC and storage cupboard.

Upstairs boasts a contemporary bathroom with full height tiling and two double bedrooms, one of which could be used to create a second bedroom or home office.

Avant Homes West Midlands head of sales and marketing, Tom Eames, said: “We want to deliver quality new homes for everyone, and a very important element of that is for us to build practically designed, energy efficient homes for first time buyers.

"Our Askham and Ripley house types at Pavilion Acres are ideal for people wanting to get their foot on the first rung of the property ladder and we have some excellent incentives to enable them to do so.

“These homes are, of course, very popular so any interested potential first time homeowners should contact our sales team to discuss how we can help make their home owning dream a reality.”
