The new development is located off Old Dalkeith Road and will comprise a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and feature 12 of Avant Homes’ house styles.
Prices for the first homes being released for sale start from £269,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Balfron house style.
The largest of the house styles to be released for sale is the five-bedroom detached Stirling, priced at £484,995
Work at Edmonstone Village is well underway, with first residents expected to move into their new homes this summer.
One of the most popular homes, the five-bedroom detached Rothesay, will be available this summer and prospective buyers can view the new showhome due to open on April 25.
