Avant Homes West Midlands has launched the first homes for sale at its £31.7m, 135-home development in Priorslee, Telford
Called Priory Orchard and located off George Lee Avenue, the development comprises a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and feature 13 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Prices for the first homes released at the development range from £300,000 for a three-bedroom detached Maltby house type to £390,000 for the four-bedroom Horbury.
Selected plots at the development are available with incentives, including part exchange and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.
Priory Orchard is the second phase of Avant Homes’ existing £54m, 184-home Monkswood development. Work on the new phase is well underway with first residents expected to move into their new homes this October.
Of the first homes for sale, the four-bedroom detached Horbury house type is an excellent example of Avant Homes’ ability to deliver practically designed, energy efficient homes which are ideal for modern family living.
On the ground floor, the Horbury features a large living room and WC, as well as a flexible snug which can be used as a music room, study or playroom.
At the rear of the property, there is a large open plan kitchen and a family dining space with French doors leading to the rear garden. There is also a utility room which has an outside door and a large storage cupboard.
On the first floor, the main bedroom is served by an en-suite shower room, while a large double bedroom and two single bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom. The generous landing space also features an additional storage cupboard. The Horbury benefits from a detached garage.
Interested buyers will also have the opportunity to visit the new ‘four-bedroom plus’ Thoresby showhome at the development, scheduled to open this summer.
