Housebuilder Avant Homes West Midlands has released the final homes for sale at its £76m, 329-home Sheltone Village development in Earl Shilton
Located on Heath Lane around 10 miles from Leicester, the development comprises a mix of three- and four-bedroom homes and features 29 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
The prices for the remaining homes range from £241,000 for a three-bedroom terraced Ripon house type to £360,000 for a four-bedroom detached Horbury.
Selected plots at Sheltone Village are available with a range of incentives. These include £99 reservation fee, £10,000 deposit paid and five per cent deposit contribution.
